We currently have a waiting list for pups. If you would like to be added please email us (see contact page), include color and sex. All emails will be answered and all phone calls returned. After the pups are born we start contacting people, via email, in sequential order of the waiting list. We need to hear back from you within 48 hours of our email so that we can keep progressing down our wait list. When the pups are three-four weeks of age we request a non-refundable deposit (half down) with the remainder due when you pick up your new baby.

If you cannot keep a puppy purchased from us we will take the puppy back, no refunds.

2023 Kuipers’ Cockers Health Guarantee
1. The Dog described above is a purebred American Cocker Spaniel and can be registered with the American Kennel Club. The information provided about this dog’s identity is accurate to the best of our knowledge.
2. The Dog has received the appropriate vaccinations, coccidia check and deworming as noted in the Health Record provided to the Buyer at the time of sale.
3. This Dog is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. We warrant that every precaution has been taken to insure the physical soundness and mental stability of this puppy to date. Puppy is active, eating well and has been checked by a licensed veterinarian.
4. The Buyer agrees to provide appropriate food, water, shelter and veterinary care throughout the lifetime of the dog, including ear care and coat maintenance.
5. Every precaution has been taken in the breeding of this Dog, however, due to changes that can and do occur as a dog matures there can be NO guarantees including but not limited to the following: · Viral or bacterial infections and parasites · Showing or breeding · Size and color of the adult · Allergies · Ear Infections · Cancer · underbite/overbite · Cherry Eye

**A cherry eye will only be covered until the pup is 20 weeks old, maximum of $500 total per eye, payment to be made directly to your veterinarian, no cash reimbursement.
We must have an itemized invoice from your veterinarian (for our records). Reimbursement will not exceed the price of the pup minus our vet expenses (tails, dew claws, first set of shots, etc.).
6. The Buyer agrees to have the Dog examined by a licensed veterinarian by the time he/she is ten weeks old (second round of shots appointment). If an illness or other health defect is found by the veterinarian within that time, the Buyer will provide a written diagnosis from the examining veterinarian for us. We may request a second diagnosis to confirm the first diagnosis. The Buyer then has the option of returning the dog for an exchange of an equal value dog when one becomes available or keeping the dog and treating the illness/defect.
If at any time before the puppy's first birthday, the puppy is found to have a life threatening congenital defect that prevents the puppy from leading a normal life or prohibits the pup from maintaining a normal pet/companion relationship, have your vet document this condition with a signed written statement. Upon return of the defective puppy, a replacement puppy of equal value will be given upon availability. The defective puppy must be in good clean condition as when it left the breeder. It must be current on all vaccinations, deworming and maintained on a healthy diet.
In the event of death, an autopsy, at the expense of the buyer, must be obtained to establish cause. By signing below, the Buyer agrees that he/she has read and understands the foregoing and agrees that this contract constitutes a binding agreement. Both the Buyer and Kuipers Cockers agree to adhere to the terms of this contract. The Buyer also acknowledges receipt of a copy of this contract.
